Event Description
Join FED at Tribeca Synagogue for a Havdalah concert and Melaveh Malka, a festive meal to “escort the Queen” after Shabbat.
Ira Klein (guitar) and Chanan Ben Simon (voice) are two Israeli musicians based in Brooklyn. Sharing stories and songs from across a vast ocean of Jewish time and geography, they bring the audience on a journey that spans the Ottoman empire, Morocco, Leonard Cohen, and their own original music – showcasing the beauty and diversity of Jewish culture.
