Event Description
Have you been seeking the right space to explore Jewish holidays? We’d love to learn with you in our home, Base UWS! Led by Rabbi Danny, we’re diving deep into each of the major holidays and how they can apply to our modern lives.
Our Jewish Holidays 101 cohort will meet on these Thursdays from 8:00-9:30PM at Base UWS:
- February 26
- March 5
- March 12
- March 19
+ Shabbat Dinner on Friday, March 13 at 7:30PM.
What is the cost?
A suggested donation of $18 per person (includes all 4 classes and Shabbat dinner) can be made HERE. Please let us know if the donation is prohibitive, and you are more than welcome to join regardless.
Do I need to be Jewish?
Nope, we welcome anybody who is excited to learn and in the Base UWS demographic of 20s + 30s.
Do I need to attend all sessions of this cohort?
We do expect that folks attend all sessions, and of course we know that life happens and sometimes it isn’t possible to attend a session.
Accessibility: There are eight steps leading up to Base UWS.
Address given upon registration. Please contact Rabbi Danny (danny.stein@memglobal.org) with any questions.
