Event Description
In Jewish tradition, the month of Shevat is a time of deep renewal when the sap begins to rise and new growth quietly awakens beneath the surface. Roots Down, Spirit Up invites you into that same energy. This recovery-informed ecstatic dance offers space to move, release what no longer serves, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded in community. Come as you are and step into a night of movement, healing, and possibility. We have DJ Nina curating an evening of joy and renewal.
