SUMMARY:Passover Seders in North Brooklyn
DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, April 1\, 2026 • 14 Nisan 5786\n7:15 PM – 1:00 AM Next Day108 Noble St \nJoin us for the first night Community Seder as Jews and our loved ones from across North Brooklyn gather to tell the most retold story of the Jewish people. \n  \nThe Seder is more than a ritual meal. It is a sacred act of memory\, belonging\, and hope. Around one shared table\, we relive the journey from slavery to freedom. We ask timeless questions\, sing familiar songs\, taste matzah and maror\, and pass the story forward across generations and across our neighborhood. \n  \nWhether this is your first Seder or your hundredth\, you are warmly invited to a welcoming and diverse table—one that honors tradition while making space for every voice\, every question\, and every story. \n  \nAt the Greenpoint Shul (Congregation Ahavas Yisroel)\, we are building a vibrant\, forward-thinking model of synagogue life for the 21st century—rooted in Modern Orthodoxy and guided by pluralistic\, joyful\, relevant Jewish experience for all ages. We strive to foster an authentic and inclusive community where all Jews and our loved ones\, regardless of background\, can use their unique talents and spirit to help shape the Jewish future. \n  \nPesach is the founding story of our people. The Seder table is where that future begins again. \n  \nCome as you are. Bring your questions. Take your place at the table. \n  \nRegistration Required\, $125 | Subsidies Available | Sponsorships Welcome | Limited Space \n  \nWednesday\, Seder 1 – Schedule \n7:15PM: Ma’ariv and Soulful Songs of Hallel Prayer Services  \n8:00PM: Community Seder led by Rabbi Laibel Pap

SUMMARY:Sinners' Shabbat: PHARAOH'S REVENGE
DESCRIPTION:IT’S THE YEAR 2026: KINGS ARE BACK IN.\nThis Shabbat\, (following your blasphemous seder) the doors of Pharaoh’s palace swing open for a night of scandalous spectacle\, and biblical revisionism. Your gracious host\, Pharaoh himself\, invites you to set the record straight: Pharaoh was treated EXTREMELY unfairly by the fake\, lame-stream Bible and its pro-Moses propaganda machine. \nYou do not need to be Jewish to attend. Just be ready to offer unwavering fealty\, and ask no challenging questions. \nPharaoh and his loyal royal court will dazzle you with an evening of hors d’oeuvres\, burlesque\, drag\, acrobatics\, shibari\, music\, and debauchery. None of that wandering-the-desert\, manna-every-night austerity nonsense. We’re talking milk\, honey\, and a suspicious number of golden calves. Come prepared for the most opulent Shabbat Egypt has seen since someone let that Joseph guy run the economy. \nDRESS LIKE YOU’VE BEEN PERSONALLY INVITED BY A GOD-KING.\nConsult the Royal Moodboard. The dress theme is Black & Gold. We welcome leather\, latex\, lace\, drag\, fetish fashion\, straps & ropes\, queer couture\, kink chic\, sensual silk\, and elevated evening-wear. Violators of the dress code will be banished to wander the desert for 40 years.
