General Policy:
-In addition to an automated receipt, you will receive an email informing you of your registration status. Please allow up to 7 working days (Monday-Thursday) to receive this email. If you do not see any correspondence from us after 7 working days, please contact stevesrecharge@gmail.com
-We urge you to wait to book your flight until closer to the date (we will send you an email before or on March 1, 2023 with a green light to book) — or you are welcome to book a fully refundable ticket should you feel compelled. \
Refund Policy:
Full refund available by 11:55 pm EST, Wednesday, December 28, 2022, less the non-refundable $200 processing fee.
50% Refund available by 11:55 pm EST, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, less the non-refundable $200 processing fee.
25% Refund available by 11:55 pm EST, Wednesday, February 15, 2023, less the non-refundable $200 processing fee.
Unfortunately, there will be no refunds available from February 16, 2023.
If a participant cannot attend and is able to find someone to take their spot that we approve based on our criteria, transfers will be possible on a case-by-case basis, and at an additional transfer fee of $200.
