JSC Refund Policy:

At JSC, we strive to offer our events at the most competitive prices. To maintain these low costs, we enforce a strict refund policy. This helps us manage resources efficiently, ensure fair pricing for all customers, and continue delivering high-quality events. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated as we work to provide the best possible value.

No refunds for any ticket $15 or less. 

For events over $15:

8+ days prior 50% refund minus Service Fees

7 days or under, 50% credit towards future JSC event (expires within 6 months)

No same day refunds

Tickets are non transferable unless approved by the organizer.
