One tip: don’t limit yourself to singles events. Most guests at our other events are single and looking to meet someone too, so it’s worth browsing all upcoming events as well.

Official singles events come in a few formats, from structured speed dating to a relaxed drink after work.
A series of short one-on-one dates in a single evening, usually split by age bracket. JewishDatingNYC runs them regularly in Manhattan and online.
The low-pressure option: drinks at a bar or rooftop after work. MatzoBall's MatzoMingle series is a regular, often with a JSC discount code.
A long Friday night at a shared table, with conversation built in. Many communities host Shabbat dinners for 20s and 30s, some just for singles.
Tu B'Av, the Jewish holiday of love, is the biggest singles night of the summer. JSC's Tu B'Av White Party is one of our largest events.
Every organizer, and every event, has its own vibe and its own crowd. If you’re new to the event scene, it’s worth going to a few different ones to get a feel for what makes sense for you.

Singles events aren’t the only place to meet someone. Most guests at our other events are single and looking to meet someone too. Those events just aren’t billed as singles events, which can take some of the pressure off.
