Trybal Workout: Virtual Pilates

Get your body moving with your Trybal fam! We may have to wait until camp for Shireen to lead us in Daybreaker Yoga or Abe Weissman’s workout, but we can get Color War ready with this virtual Pilates mat class. My dear friend Sarah Powell is a gifted Pilates teacher. (In fact, she trains Pilates instructors.) I took her virtual classes during the pandemic and felt fitter than I ever have — not to mention, she’s really good at giving corrections even over Zoom. This is a personalized workout experience.
We’ll start with a little icebreaker, participate in a 55-minute mat class (Beginner/All Levels) led by Sarah, and finish up by meeting your workout buddies in Zoom breakout rooms.

Who: You and other Jewish young people in their (approximate) 20s and 30s
What: A group Pilates class with an expert teacher and a chance to meet new people —wherever you are!
When: Tuesday, March 28 at 6:15pm (class will be done by 7:30, and you are invited to stick around until 8)
Where: Wherever you are (Once you RSVP you will receive a Zoom link)
Why: Because we’re young and beautiful and we can.
